Selling

How do I post a listing?

Photograph the item. We write the title, the description, the condition and the parcel size; you correct anything that is wrong and set the price. The listing then goes out in French, German and Italian.

Why do I have to verify my payment account?

Without it, we would be collecting money for someone we could not pay. Verification blocks publication, never the creation of the listing: you can prepare everything and only do it when you put the item up for sale.

Can I edit a listing that is already online?

Yes, as long as it is not sold: price, description, photos, everything can be changed. As soon as a buyer has paid, the listing is frozen: it describes the item promised, and it is what any dispute is decided on.

Can a buyer negotiate?

Only if you allowed it when posting the listing. You then have 48 hours to accept, decline or counter. An accepted offer reserves the item for that buyer for 24 hours.

How do I protect myself from scams?

There is nothing to check: we are the ones who tell you the money is there, and the parcel only leaves afterwards. Remember just this: we will never ask for your banking credentials, or a TWINT code, or a payment through a link received elsewhere. Any message that does is not from us, even if it carries our name.
